Your ‘day to day’: • Ensure deployment of Fulfilment Strategies to meet customer demand optimizing freight cost, warehouse utilization while maintaining optimal inventory • Ensure that the market order acquisition, processing, and proper record maintenance in line with agreed fulfilment drumbeat • Coordinating Fulfilment transactions to position product across multiple shipping locations to fulfill customer demand and ensuring they are properly done in the systems • Own the end-to-end fulfilment drumbeat process for relevant product categories with all respective stakeholders • Facilitates to remove the obstacles in implementing process excellence, automation and digitalization and promote collaboration • Provide clear communications with the stakeholders to identify and deploy best practices • Push performance of Business Service Providers and other Suppliers to meet the business requirements • Ensure fulfilment process related master data completeness and correctness by applying defined analysis tools and reporting • Support LOGD process of respective markets in accordance with defined drumbeat • Supervise the team & coordinating the team work to ensure the high level of service. Requirements: • University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain management, Engineering or equivalent level • Proficiency in both written & spoken English, Russian is plus • Have at least 3 years of experience within different areas of Supply Chain • Have at least 2 years of experience as a People Manager • Experience in Supply Chain functions including but not limited to Logistics, Fulfilment and Customs Operations is a plus • Excellent MS Office knowledge, SAP knowledge is a plus • Experience in process development and project management, preferably in Operations and in a multinational company and/or in a complex business environment • Knowledge of inventory management, governance of domestic and international logistics service providers (transport & warehousing) and understanding of B2C and B2B fulfillment processes.
