We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who will work in Istanbul (hybrid) as part of our People & Culture (P&C) Team. As a TA Lead you will develop and implement offline and online TA strategy to reach and attract the best and diverse talent for PM Turkey. Improving the candidate, new hire and hiring manager experience with a data focused mindset will be something you do on a regular basis, you are the expert! You will be part of a International TA community, where collaboration and best practice sharing across many markets and countries is encouraged to the maximum. Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are: •Serve as an expert on the competitive landscape and understand how to most effectively position PM Turkey as an employer of choice •Continue building offline and online TA strategy to promote and evolve company’s EVP both for external candidates, as well as within the company via Employees’ Ambassadorship (e.g. careers website, social media, job boards and other career related platforms) •Support and advance hiring strategy across broad-ranging candidate profiles and assessment tools including budget management •Design and optimize candidate experience from start to finish, including key digital and physical touchpoints •Develop and manage Early Career Programs •Coach and collaborate with a team of 3 recruiters •Optimize the new hire onboarding process and execute the program seamlessly •Partner with the regional and global Talent Acquisition teams on cross-market initiatives, share & learn from other best practices This position can be something for you if you recognize yourself in the below profile. You: •Hold a university degree • Have minimum 5 years experience in people & culture function with minimum 3 years in employer branding and recruitment expertise area •Have successful experience in designing and deploying an innovative employer branding strategy through digital channels •Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English •Have an open-minded personality with strong interpersonal skills with an eye for detail •Are a team player who is customer oriented, good at stakeholder management, disruptive innovator and a quick learner who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment •Are good at project management mobilizing related parties What we offer: Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
