You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your ‘day to day’ as Supply Chain Strategy & Delivery Lead *You will lead and coordinate various projects related to customer service strategy (supply chain). You will conduct analysis, reporting, and global supply chain governance. *You will need to identify and drive improvement of functional processes and KPIs (e.g., product availability at the market, customer service level, the cost to serve, net working capital, etc.) through projects (e.g., process mapping and optimization, digitalization, B2C network, etc.). Main Accountabilities: *Identify necessary process and tool changes to be triggered either by global initiatives or local/regional needs and work with PMI main office and the regional functions and markets to develop a holistic transition plan, including change management features and a corresponding capability gap assessment plan. *Drive continuous improvement across the entire supply chain processes, deploy globally driven performance management and improvement concepts (e.g., OPEN+), and digitalize planning, logistics, and warehousing. *Ensure development standards (e.g., training, induction programs, on-the-job learning opportunities, etc.) per position are in place to fit any skill gap of people vs. position qualifications. *Improve organization by introducing new processes and structures based on evolving business and organizational requirements. *Actively participate or initiate improvement programs; evaluate, analyze, and implement alternatives; to improve consumer’s (internal and external) service levels at optimal cost. Who we’re looking for *Degree in engineering, mathematics/data analytics, business administration, economics, and computer sciences. *Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Operations and Supply Chain, with exposure to a multinational environment, preferably within an FMCG company. *Full English and Spanish language. Exposure and direct contact with management teams. *Exposure to people management of 3 years or more. *Project Management experience is required. *Leadership is being able to motivate and encourage others, having good communication and decision-making abilities. *Managing Risk, budgeting, and project management.
