This role plays an important role in shaping and deploying Internal Communications Strategy, provide guidance to the business partners and the business in the area of engagement and deliver on the company wide engagement activities. In cooperation with the I&D Lead, embed inclusion and diversity elements in all communication and engagement activities for our employees. Main accountabilities: - Manage Internal Communications strategy, define priorities and create yearly activities plans - Provide subject matter expertise on the topic of Internal Communication - In collaboration with relevant departments, be responsible for planning and delivery of key internal engagement events - Manage communication channels, build capability of employees to use them - Plans and delivers key internal engagement events and activities as per the yearly plans. - Embeds inclusion and diversity elements in the communication and engagement activities Profile requirements: - Confident storyteller and communicator both verbally and in writing - Positive attitude with a winning mindset and creative mind - Be skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization - Ability to influence senior stakeholders - Proven track record of ability to take ownership and end to end responsibility of the projects within 1 – 6-month timeframes - Know-how and willingness to balance tactical vs. strategic and be able to develop longer term projects while ensuring a diligent follow-up on any short-term tasks. - Passion for the areas of Internal communication and People Engagement, building org. culture. Previous experience and knowledge in the area of Internal Communication is highly desired - Fluent in English and Czech - Min 5 years of work experience with progressively more complex responsibility within Internal Communications, Engagement, Employee Experience, marketing, preferably in a large multinational corporation - Experience in fast paced environment with major transformation is a plus - Be comfortable in cross-country collaboration - Experience in using MS Teams, communication platforms, excellent powerpoint skills
