As Sales Programs Analyst, you will be responsible for timely and accurate provision of data analytics for Transformation Projects, which includes latest market and trade intelligence, internal Commercial and IQOS team, multiple test results data gathering and analysis, and creation of database and digital work space as repository for all relevant information gathered. YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ • Follow and analyze sales volume and other available research in order to foresee National, Districts’ and Brands' performance relative to the performance of the execution area and provide the Project Team with the necessary information and analysis of the present status against test and execution objectives • Communicate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to all relevant parties in the organization to keep all parties updated about recent trends and to trigger necessary actions based on criticality and urgency. Regular collaboration with the Transformation Programs team is expected • Closely monitor and review budget utilization and potential changes with Manager Transformation Programs to ensure that spending is within appropriate ranges, and flag any potential concerns for Project Team and Management review • Participate in assumption building, simulations, coordination and planning of all new tests, hypotheses, objectives, and logical design. Consolidate and prepare reports of the initiatives and provide progress reports through consolidated dashboard and field feedback to Project Team • Provide support to Manager Transformation Programs, Manager Transformation Business Dev, and Supervisor Transformation programs in determining the correct roll-out strategy through trade insights analysis and Field Sales and Supply Chain KPI reporting • Closely coordinate test results and Field Sales performance with cross-functional project workstreams to ensure completeness and timeliness of testing and execution reports • Attend regular project team meetings to consolidate all learnings from the different stakeholders in HQ and from the field. Actively share learnings and raise potential risks based on information gathered from the field and other stakeholders to aid decision-making WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR You must have a bachelor’s degree, and at least two (2) years of experience in data analysis or Financial/ Commercial Planning. An experience in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Vision is required. You have strong analytical, presentation, planning, and organizational skills.
