Your ‘day to day’ As Internal Communication Lead you will plan, develop and execute the site communication strategy across the organization to build awareness and trust, increase engagement and drive change needed to achieve the local masterplan. Who we’re looking for: • Excellent content writing and communication skills. • Experienced in various digital communication channels. • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Political Science, Journalism, Marketing or related field (master's degree a plus). • At least 2 years in a communication role. • Fluent English and Lithuanian language skills. • Passion for communication and willingness to work extra mile.
