Your responsibilities: As P&C Executive, you will support deployment of key P&C products and services in areas of Talent and Performance Management, Organizational Design, Employer Branding, Labor Relations, Recruitment, Training, and Change Management. You will also adapt and align on available service portfolio to meet local/functional requirements and business needs and executes solution delivery (internally and/or externally). You will serve as change enabler, by providing proactive support for the market to successfully plan and implement business transformations or other strategic organizational change programs. Who we’re looking for You must be a forward thinker, who will anticipate, understand business demands, analyze and diagnose the request and propose and coordinate the solution delivery (internal or external). You must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in HR in areas of organization effectiveness and partnering. • University or post graduate degree in a relevant field; • Previous experience in supporting Manufacturing Operations is a plus • Fluent English language (including business English); • Strong project and change management skills and demonstrated analytical, process-oriented and a good eye for detail. A strong communicator with good presentation skills; • Understanding of how large, multinational companies work. Ideally in the consumer products industry; • A self-starter who is comfortable with fast-paced, high-intensity environment where multiple projects are balanced, and work needs to be prioritized. • You must be amenable to be based in our Batangas Plant What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
