Your responsibilities: As P&C Executive, you will support deployment of key P&C products and services in areas of Talent and Performance Management, Organizational Design, Employer Branding, Labor Relations, Recruitment, Training, and Change Management. You will also adapt and align on available service portfolio to meet local/functional requirements and business needs and executes solution delivery (internally and/or externally). You will serve as change enabler, by providing proactive support for the market to successfully plan and implement business transformations or other strategic organizational change programs. Who we’re looking for You must be a forward thinker, who will anticipate, understand business demands, analyze and diagnose the request and propose and coordinate the solution delivery (internal or external). You must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in HR in areas of organization effectiveness and partnering. • University or post graduate degree in a relevant field; • Previous experience in supporting Manufacturing Operations is a plus • Fluent English language (including business English); • Strong project and change management skills and demonstrated analytical, process-oriented and a good eye for detail. A strong communicator with good presentation skills; • Understanding of how large, multinational companies work.
