ROLE PURPOSE: The role is tasked with ensuring alignment between the company, HR practices and objectives. Should have keen understanding of the business’s strategy, ability to diagnose issues, provide solutions using experience, data and organizational agility. You will be responsible to be an effective influencer who will have impact and value on business and functions both. RESPONSIBILTIES: Management and Support: The role consults the business’s leadership and management in order to foster and promote the engagement of the business’s core values at all levels. Major role in the management of varied projects throughout the business, actively participating in project teams, and implementing initiatives while simultaneously ensuring proper communication and collaboration within business/ functions and with business partners. Strategy: Provides strategic HR support related to human capital management that enables stakeholders turn business strategy into business practice and results. Drive adherence to HR process, metrics and plan. Analytics: Leads an analytical role, analyses and reports on KPIs and trends related to human capital in the business and uses these findings to develop strategies and solutions to issues that impact the business’s employee relations. Knowledge and Opportunity: Maintains a clear and detailed knowledge of the market trends, best practices via organization. Develop strategies on retention of valuable employees by efficient people management practices within the business leading to employee satisfaction and net promoter score Talent Management & Development: Facilitates development of work culture, build organizational alignment and capability through leader focused interventions e.g., team effectiveness, goal development and alignment, manager capability. Application of core metrics to guide functional heads in setting up state of the bench and functional excellence. WHAT YOU BRING: • Post Graduate in HR or related field • 10-13 years of experience across HR and Specialist areas • Well-developed industry knowledge, market insight, and proven enterprise thinking • Demonstrable experience developing partnerships with business leaders, particularly in helping them manage significant organizational effectiveness and engagement Preferred: • Experience leading or partnering with Org Design, Talent Management and Capability Development. • Proven experience setting and leading complex organizational effectiveness and multi-year talent strategies • HR professional who can demonstrate strong executive communication and presentation skills to communicate across all levels of the organization with experience in managing and partnering senior stakeholders.
