WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • 2+ years of experience in Social Media analysis / listening, • English at the level of min. HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Social Media analysis, regular monitoring of social media channels, • Analysis of mentions in the network (qualitative and quantitative analysis), • Analysis of consumer 'pain points', cooperation with the Consumer Experience department, • Cooperation with the business and translation of briefs from the business (marketing and strategic) into analytical projects, • Operating and supporting the Internet monitoring system in the 'social listening' functionality, • Preparation and reporting of analysis results, • Preparing regular and 'ad hoc' reports for clients on supported processes, • Identifying trends and consumer needs through various marketing data tools, • Coordinating the work of external agencies and managing the appropriate flow of information.
