Reporting to Line Lead, we are currently seeking for a Line Coordinator to coordinate production line during the shift, respecting and applying operational Standards in order to achieve the business goals. ‘Your ‘day to day’ • Coordinate and lead autonomous production shift team with the aim of creating the right environment in which everyone is achieving and improving the key performance indicators, following the Integrated Operating System standards • Ensure compliance to all PMI and Legal standards and guidelines related to Quality of incoming materials, Semi-FGs and FGs in line with the Quality Management System • Ensure compliance to all PMI and legal standards, policies and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset or societal loss • Guarantee production plan shift adherence maximizing the performance of the line(s) and consumer service level operating on the production line in case of need • Lead/participate to Daily Direction Setting execution and decision-making process • Coach/lead the shift daily direction setting, retrieve stops/MTBF from reporting systems, identifying the major causes of losses, and establishing with the team a daily plan to improve performance • Coordinate the execution of the required maintenance checks to ensure equipment basic condition • Promote and develop equipment ownership within the team Important note: Our Factory in Aspropyrgos operates 24x7, the role includes Rotating Shifts, and the working schedule is 4 working days followed by 2 days off. Who we’re looking for • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering • 3 to 5 years of previous experience in a Manufacturing environment • Prior experience in people management/supervision of production teams is a must • Knowledge of IOS standards • Knowledge production systems MES, MPA, SPA • Knowledge of SAP, MINT, etc. will be an advantage • Ability to interact with multi-skilled individuals and maintain composure in stressful and/or sensitive situations • Fluent in both English and Greek (written and oral) What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
