TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT - Contract Type: Permanent - Work location: Philip Morris Korea, 10, Gukjegeumyung-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Korea / Philip Morris Korea, 67, Sanmakgongdannam 12-gil, Yangsan-si, Gyeongsangnam-do YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ Responsible for the execution of Digital Owned Media management and strategies. This includes commercial and consumer experience contents plan/optimization for IQOS brand Websites, e-Commerce, Owned Social Media and Digital content in owned channels, SEO and Testing. 1) Deliver, manage, enhance, and deploy contents for all digital owned media channels experiences (web, mobile, ecommerce, SEO, owned social) - which constitute all our digital destinations and capabilities. Leverage on expertise in information architecture, Digital Content (in partnership Brand & Content team), SEO initiatives (in partnership with Consumer Experience, Retail, Customer Care, and Legal), Development (in partnership with IT team and vendors), Testing, Deployment and Measurement / Insight / Reporting. Display and utilize strong understanding of importance of personalization, programmable owned media, and performance marketing. 2) Deploy brand/e-Commerce campaigns and content to maximize traffic and conversion in collaboration with internal stakeholders. 3) Map organic search journeys and Lead SEO activities/ initiatives with building roadmaps and communication plans. 4) Optimize IQOS brand websites, social channel contents in terms of improving content quality, keyword optimization, and user experience to boost organic search rankings. 5) Develop keyword plans through conducting keyword research on a regular basis to review how consumers search, identify keyword target, prepare content briefs, and generate content ideas. 6) Manage IQOS social media platforms (Youtube, Kakao) and develop social channel plans to ensure brand consistency and grow consumer engagement 7) Manage technical SEO and work with the web development team to fix technical website issues (e.g. slow page load speeds, page crawl errors, and duplicate content). 8) Regularly track and monitor IQOS brand websites/ Social Media performances such as organic traffic, ranking positions, conversion rates, dwell time via managing analytic tools/ platforms including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Naver webmaster, Conductor, Sprinklr etc. Engage with digital partners and suppliers to support our goals. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR - University bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field – digital marketing or communications - Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing in global brands or agencies - Proven 2 years or more of experience as SEO expert, Social media expert or similar role, planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy, web analytics, social media channel management for a global brand or a large agency side. Demonstrable knowledge and experience of implementing contents strategy to achieve great user experience and innovation in Digital Owned Media. - Some experience of technical SEO, link building, local SEO and Naver/e-marketplaces would be preferred - Proficient English (verbal and written) a must - Familiarity with SEO performance tools and web analytics tools (e.g. Google analytics, Google search console, Naver Webmaster, Conductor, WebTrends etc.) - Knowledge in coding and ability to troubleshoot and analyze websites using HTML, CSS and comparable languages (e.g. HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
