For our Smoke-Free Products team in Global Studio, London, UK we are therefore looking for a Planning & Governance Manager. In this position you will own the global approach to drive the standardization, consistency, optimal consumer experience and cost-efficiency across PMI’s physical retail channels. Key Responsibilities: Global Standard Operating Procedures: • Play a key partnering role in the design, deployment, evolution, and maintenance of Global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for PMI’s physical retail channels • Act as a reliable partner for regions and markets for the co-creation and deployment of Global SOPs, and in the consolidation and synthesis of PM markets’ best practices to inform global knowledge sharing • Own the follow-up with regions and markets on SOP deployment, adoption, adherence plans and corrective actions as necessary Physical Retail Channels Governance & development: • Own channel development initiatives to boost consumer experience and bring business and operational efficiencies (e.g., staff motivation programs, remuneration models) • Play a key supportive role for all aspects relating to channel Governance & overall channel Omni-Channel integration (e.g., product launches, consumer programs activation, toolboxes owners’ collaboration, Markets and Regions collaboration) • Identify and share best practices, provide feedback, and bring expertise as needed to support marketing and relevant initiatives and ensure constant feedback loops • Support integration of programs and campaign into a seamless journey across channels by analyzing consumer journey performance across offline touchpoints • Analyze and act up on data and insights to drive and guide markets in their effort to expand physical footprint delivery quality while being cost-efficient • Be go to reference for IP performance assessment and action plans & correctives actions We’re looking for someone with: • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar planning & governance role in the retail industry, management consultancy background is a plus, market experience is a plus • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, root cause analysis, strong eye for business, strong understanding of retail environment & operating models • Proven ability to present & synthesis complex topics in a simple & crisp manner • Excellent oral & written communication skills, at ease communicating and partnering with collaborators at all levels of seniority • Proficient MS office user (Excel, PowerPoint) What we offer Our success depends on the talented employees who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
