At Philip Morris El Salvador we are looking for a Key Account Executive to assure specialized management of major trading clients or segments (Key Accounts), with the objective of developing plans and strategies to strengthen client relationships and maximize profitable share and volume potential for both parties. • Develop and implement strategic plans for key clients aligned to Philip Morris direction to ensure capitalization on all volume and share opportunities through the review and analyze of industry data (Both PM & Competitors), effective communication to key stake holders and providing regular reviews of key client’s business highlighting opportunities • Coordinate and guarantee the execution of sales activities, merchandising guidelines and tactical programs implementation in order to achieve objectives within the KA channel according to PMI's strategies. • Guarantee product visibility and brand communication in Key Accounts channel through a joint coordination with Trade Marketing Executive, also quality of execution by securing the correct placement of all communication materials and correct plan-o-gram implementation. • Evaluate and improve trade agreements with KA customers through periodical analysis; sales/volume, location, image, and terms compliance, to improve the return of our investment. • Assure a best-in-class sales execution by the distributor´s sales force. • Secure PM product handling and distribution to avoid OOS level within the channel. Who we’re looking for: • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related career. • Min. 3 years of experience in Key Accounts, Marketing, Trade Marketing or Sales. • Knowledge of the KA channel in fast moving consumer goods. • Action oriented, customer focus, planning, negotiation, drive for results • Proficiency in English • Driver’s license up to date • Availability to travel to Honduras What we offer: Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
