As Supervisor Transformation Programs, you will plan and manage execution of multiple programs, initiatives, designed tests, and processes leading up to the implementation of the Commercial Transformation projects. You will lead experiment design and results analysis, ensuring assumptions are validated through careful evaluation of numerical data and trade insights. You will support the Manager Transformation Programs in creating short and mid-term plans on project expansion through strategy updates based on experiment evaluation and you will regulate pace and manage execution within an agreed time frame, and recommend regular pivoting on execution depending on the needs of stakeholders, customers, and consumers. YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ • Monitor and follow-through on in-depth trade segmentation analysis across regions to identify and understand existing distribution channels, specifically wholesale-retail dynamics, to map out trade needs and create various models Appwards Kasosyo that will be sustainable across the different business environment. • Monitor and follow-through on gap analysis on current distribution model per sales to reach more than 50% coverage versus total cigarette selling universe, as well as analysis on RT influencer-downline feasibilities in attempt to expand Trade Communities in critical territories. This includes Trade Census analysis, route prioritization and management of Field Sales, and Salesman compensation restructuring to promote a mindset that prioritizes coverage and trade community expansion. • Design and execute various surveys and studies to further understand trade behavior and motivation in order to craft various business models, financial structures, and contracts that will entice our trade partners to move into the new business models while growing the business with PMFTC. You will monitor regular updates and pivot whenever necessary. • Manage and closely collaborate with Transformation Programs Executives, Transformation Programs Analysts, and Transformation Programs Field Reps to ensure full consolidation of system data, trade intel, Field Sales feedback, and stakeholder inputs, ensuring operational cadence across the project team in accordance to roll-out strategy. • Design a hypercare model for Field Sales during and after testing and implementation for every area of execution. This should include service level agreements, issue logging and updates, Communication and Escalation process creation, and development of process experts per area. • Perform regular visits to wholesalers and retailers to enhance knowledge and understanding of trade needs and dynamics, in order to improve execution in every stage of the roll-out WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR You must have a bachelor’s degree, and at least three (3) years of experience in Commercial functions. Field Sales or Digital Solutions background and exposure to nationwide project execution is preferred. You must have strong collaboration skills as well as an experience in Project Management. You have knowledge in multiple distribution models, commercial program creation and execution, plus wholesale and retail operations. You must have good driving skills and a holder of valid Philippine driver’s license for at least twelve (12) months.
