Integral part of the Global Service Experience team that will support P&ED through active monitoring and governance of service assets, compliance and application of prevailing document and data legislation, firm policies, and standards. This role will build and manage the standard platform that will demonstrate the Operational Excellence of P&ED Services. In addition, this role will support the broader technology and process improvement initiatives of the Global Service Experience Team. Your ‘day to day’ Build and Maintain Capacity Planning Framework • Work with different delivery teams in maintaining the capacity plan and utilizing it consistently. Assist in data gathering as necessary and provide guidance on utilizing the process as it requires. Educate relevant stakeholders and constantly check if the framework is embedded in their process. Maintain Service Catalogue • Ensures that service catalogue is maintained/ updated on a consistently basis. Communicates any changes will all relevant stakeholders and participate in any discussion relating to service catalogue. Process Document Review • Support building of process documents and ensure it is consistently updated. Conducts regular quality checks to ensure process documents or standard operating procedure adheres to the approved templates and are up to date. Incident and Escalation Management • Assist in building the incident and escalation management. Facilitate training sessions with the delivery teams as necessary. Support project through requirements building and participating on user acceptance testing. Ensure smooth project roll out and deployment by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and key resources. Drive Controls Culture and Monitor Compliance • Conduct regular checks on processes to ensure compliance. Suggest remediation plan if processes are deemed non-compliant, monitor actions until closure and help design mechanism to monitor repeat incidence report it. • Participate in the data governance clean up and help monitor progress of the project. • Ensure data governance process is in place and embedded in the team’s DNA through regular monitoring and feedback session. • Apply compliance and controls principle through quality assurance and random sampling. • Participate or lead audit discussion and work closely with operations to minimize process audit exposure. Process Improvement and Projects • Support the broader Global Service Experience Team in executing functional and cross-functional projects Who we’re looking for • Degree in HR or Business • Has extensive experience in Global HR (P&C) delivery or Services with adept understanding on HR (P&C) controls and compliance • Understanding of GDPR and data privacy issues especially for employee data • Advanced knowledge on Excel, ie. has experienced Excel automation • Strong background in SharePoint, PowerApps, and other Office365 applications • Working knowledge with Power BI, experience working on different HR systems and tools, i.e. Salesforce, is a definite advantage • Innovative and strong problem-solving skills • Strong stakeholder management & presentation skills • Strong communication skills (verbal and written/visual) to create and deliver insights through numbers What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
