You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your ‘day to day’ You will ensure timely support to manufacturing team during production while standards are respected along manufacturing process. You are responsible in ensuring that intermediate and finished product non-conformities are managed and related corrective & preventive actions held with relevant stakeholders. Your responsibilities include: • Support production teams by providing quality guidance and support in case of issues. Share knowledge and expertise to stakeholders on new processes, requirements, methods or guidelines. • Investigate in a timely manner non-conformities and deviation, leveraging on OPEN+ problem solving tools. Investigate and resolve critical deviations, contribute to define disposal actions and when appropriate corrective actions. • Participate to the creation and review of procedures, work instructions and other Quality documents. • Perform critical review of executed production batch records and manage intermediate and finished product nonconformities and related corrective and preventive actions held with relevant stakeholders and ultimately confirm to the final approver that the product can be released for commercial manufacturing. Who we’re looking for You have at least 1-2 years of experience in production, quality management or relevant industry. Advantage if you have advanced knowledge of International standards (ISO). Knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint is also preferred. You must also be amenable to work in shifting schedules in our Batangas Plant.
