We’re totally transforming our business and building our future on smoke-free products with the power to improve the lives of a billion smokers worldwide.  Modern Trade (MT) Activation Lead is accountable for holistic approach to MT channel key chains activation, including Digital activation (PMSM DB, KA DB), Offline Activation (TPOSM, PPOSM), SA activation and other special activation mechanics. MT Activation Lead creates, pilots and roll-outs activation mechanics, conducts FFWD initiatives, participates in CX designs and tests and further provides comprehensive deployment support to Key Account managers and Areas, including negotiations with partners in KA. === YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ === - Create comprehensive activation deployment plan for selected KA (drive strategic initiatives, engage in cross-functional collaboration, etc) and ensure flawless deployment of activities. - Identify and capture business opportunities by regularly analysing KA performance whilst benchmarking against competitors’ activities. - Lead FFWDs, pilots and existing mechanics adaptations for NKA/LKA. - Activate 3rd party e-com and NKA/LKA delivery services and organise special developments if needed. - Assess and improve Consumer journey in KAs and activation mechanics. - Participate in MRCI researches & CX Designs for NKA/LKA. - Coordinate and deploy other channel specific activities. === WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR? === - Solid experience in Marketing/Digital. - Sales background. - Experience with customer retention and customer acquisition programs (Trade-in, Lending, Replacement, Referral program, loyalty, etc.). - Experience in negotiations with partners is highly preferable. - Experience in working with modern retail activation tools (Retail Advocacy Program, Trade Engagement). - Good knowledge of Trade/KA Retail landscape. - Good knowledge of category management practices and e-commerce principles are highly preferable. - Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills. - Excel, PowerPoint, REBUS, CRM confident user. - Self-driven with focus on customer orientation (both internal & external) and drive for results. - Self-organization, prioritization and time-management skills. - Intermediate level of written and spoken English. === WHAT WE OFFER? ===    - COMPENSATION PACKAGE  - Learning and development opportunities, including international assignments. - Competitive salary. - Corporate Pension plan.  - Life and disability insurance, voluntary medical insurance (inc. dental care and critical diseases). - Additional paid day offs on personal event. - Meal allowance.   - FLEXIBIE WORK PROGRAM  - Flexible working hours. - Remote work. - Compressed Friday.   - WELLBEING PROGRAMS  - Multisport co-sponsoring program.  - Social and charity events. - «Guest Talk» program – external speakers share best practices. - Employee Assistance Program (EAP).   On top, we’re a certified Top Employer: This position will advance your experience with innovative technologies, services, and processes. You will work in a professional setting with clients and team members from all over the world.
