Your ‘day to day’ As Manager People & Culture, will develop human resource strategy, deploy key HR products and services aligned to local and functional requirements, provide consulting and change management expertise to build value and competitive advantage through people ensuring that business objectives are met or exceeded. You will contribute to the overall business strategy by bringing in the aspect of human capital management and organizational change. Give input to support the development of appropriate HR Strategies (HR Long Range Plans) based on the business requirements from the market. You will translate and align all people and organizational aspects of the overall business strategy to local and functional HR plans. You will ensure deployment of all key HR Products and Services, adapt and align the available service portfolio to local requirements and business needs and coordinate the solution delivery (internal or external). Measures of effectiveness of deployed HR products & services is critical to you. You will serve as change enabler, by providing proactive support for the market to successfully plan and implement business transformations or other strategic organizational change programmes. As a champion for organization development, you will coach the local Senior Management on their way to leadership excellence in sense of managing their people (in times of change). Who we’re looking for You must be a forward thinker, who will anticipate, understand business demands, analyze and diagnose the request and propose and coordinate the solution delivery (internal or external). You must have at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR in areas of organization effectiveness/development and partnering.
