YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: • You take responsibility for the supply chain area within Austria for B2B and B2C. • You are involved in the strategic orientation of the Supply Chain Management area, as well as its service partners in logistics. • During the multi-category portfolio and the omni-channel distribution model expansion, you plan and coordinate potential business and service expansions in accordance with customer needs and corporate goals. • You independently take over and coordinate projects within the department as well as cross-functional projects in consideration of the service partners. • You set clear goals, monitor KPIs and analyze all activities as well as the ongoing processes within the supply chain and its service partners to continuously develop the department and provide best services to our B2B & B2C customers. • You are responsible for the leadership, development, and motivation as well as the resource planning of the Austrian Supply Chain team for a sustainable success of the department. YOUR PROFILE: • A degree in economics with relevant focus and practical experience in supply chain, logistics, process management, business administration/development or similar. • Experience in Supplier-Management, handling of service partners and in dealing with cross-functional teams. • First management experience and the ability to promote and develop employees as well as a successfully passed CAC (assessment center within the application process). • Strategic vision, analytical skills, out-of-the-box thinking, and a customer-oriented approach with a drive for innovation characterize you. • Strong organization skills and hands-on mentality, coupled with a structured, independent as well as team-oriented approach to work. • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) as well as experience with SAP and an analysis tool such as Power BI. • Excellent German and English language skills.
