Your day-to-day As Business Insights Executive, you are the bridge between Commercial Sales, Marketing and other stakeholders. You will fulfill company needs on Commercial data availability by creating data sets that are easily available and understandable to our different stakeholders by utilizing our reporting platforms. You will connect various data sources in to one for more agile data analysis, and you will recommend action plans to aid stakeholders make strategic decisions based on the data sets you’ve gathered and analyzed. Your responsibilities include: • Analyze and generate regular as well as ad-hoc reports with critical analysis on market trends, trade movements, and field sales force or competitive activities to allow for timely management decision making • Ensure accurate, complete, relevant, and timely reporting and tracking of core KSIs and performance results • Regularly consolidate and review user group requirements and coordinates with our system team to facilitate enhancement of the system functionalities • Develop and implement solutions to monitor sales and distribution reports in order to provide cost effective solutions, optimum customer service levels, and facilitate rapid flow of sales and distribution information to the decision makers Who we’re looking for • Advanced MS Skills required (especially in MS Excel) and knowledge of operating systems such as BI tool is an advantage. • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in commercial sales, sales insights, sales reporting, sales information or similar experience in data analysis, visualization, monitoring and reporting • Experience in working and influencing cross-functional stakeholders What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
