Sales and Operations Planning team is working to balance demand and supply for our CC and RRP portfolio, link strategic planning with day-to-day activities and align operational and financial plans. We are looking to recruit a person with strong project management skills, who speaks fluent English and has good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mind-set. Main responsibilities are to lead the evolution of current Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process which will result in its transformation into Integrated Business Planning (IBP), bringing additional value to internal customers and PMI organization. Within this change management process, your accountability would be to co-create new processes together with your peers in PMI OC, Market Commercial and Finance teams, and get management buy-in to implement them in daily routine. You will be on top of Demand Planning process, which results in Market Demand Plan being aligned with all stakeholders in Commercial and Finance teams and approved by Market Management team. In order to be successful, you need to autonomously manage all levels of stakeholders, be ready to lead execution of complex supply chain projects and facilitate decision-making at market and PMI OC / Regional sides in order to resolve critical bottlenecks. === YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ === • Lead implementation of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) project, working closely with various stakeholders in Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Business Planning teams in order to establish best-in-class planning processes; • Work with multiple stakeholders in Commercial teams to facilitate sales forecast generation, capturing market events, trends and product initiatives that impact the plan and to properly plan new product initiatives; • Lead the Market Sales and Operations Planning meetings drumbeat; • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Synchronization Hub and other Operations teams in Russia and Operations Centre to ensure product availability at market level and efficient supply/demand balancing and minimization of LOGD; • Collaborate with the Regional Customer Service and Global IBP teams to translate global decisions and strategies into market-specific actions. • Establish and maintain close relationships with relevant counterparties within the company, know business strategy for Russia and Belarus markets and transform strategic market directions into actionable items for Operations teams and follow-up their execution and progress. • Collaborate with the Supply Chain CoE, the Supply Chain Synchronization Hub, the Market teams in order to seek and offer new opportunities to increase productivity and minimize losses in daily routine; challenge established processes to find faster and smoother ways to run the business; • Actively contribute to launch of new digital systems (e.g. E2Open digital suite, Power BI decks) by leading the definition of business requirements and performing UATs. === WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR? === • Higher education degree in Economic, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields; • Fluent Russian and English; • 3+ years of experience with exposure to Sales Strategy, Business Planning & Development, Finance or Supply Chain Planning; • Experience in leading Sales and Operation Planning or Integrated Business Planning process in FMCG or electronics companies is a strong plus; • People manager's experience or project management skills is a strong plus; • Advanced knowledge of SAP, Excel, Power BI is an advantage; • Working knowledge of Supply Chain Planning Solutions and Forecasting Solutions (E2Open digital suite) is an advantage; • High learning agility and collaboration, structured approach to problem solving; natural curiosity and ambition to dig at the core of any issue. === WHAT WE OFFER? === • Permanent contract; • Encouraging and motivating corporate culture; • Competitive salary; • Life insurance, voluntary medical insurance; • Trainings; • Meal allowance.
