" Your "day-to-day" - Understanding business priorities, building and testing hypotheses to stimulate growth of key indicators; - Work with internal stakeholders to prioritize business tasks; - Combined analysis of sales, market and consumer feedback to identify new development opportunities; - Visualization of analytical data, formulation of practical actions, approval with internal and external stakeholders for further implementation; - Formulation and implementation of a strategy for the development of digital marketing channels; - Performance monitoring, preparation and implementation of plans for optimization and growth of business indicators together with partners; - Adapting the global strategy for the development of digital sales channels in accordance with the requirements of the local legislation, market trends and commercial plans of the company; - Ensure availability of a wide range of products, key services and detailed and reliable information on partner sites in accordance with local legislation and company requirements; - Planning and promotion of the company’s products and services taking into account the needs and specifics of partner sales channels; - Analysis and monitoring of key indicators, including sales, attracting new audiences and users, analysis of customer experience, web traffic, conversion indicators; - Monitoring and optimization of Internet sales and related transactions (Trekking orders, payments, work with accounting documents, shipping and reverse logistics); - Working with partners, connected with technical integration (payment systems, tools to ensure compliance with legal restrictions, delivery services); - Negotiation of terms of cooperation, maintenance and conclusion of contracts (payment terms, credit limits, compensation, etc.); - Processing of requests related to the operation of digital sales channels; - Analytics of customer experience at partner sites, channel development Who we're looking for: - Experience in the administration of commercial systems, order processing, e-commerce, e-mail marketing, analytics and online sales reporting; - Experience in product catalogs management, product, price and service information adaptation; - Understanding the modern digital landscape; - Understanding the processes of internal control and management of business processes, the fundamentals of tax and accounting; - Business acumen, understanding of market culture, consumer behavior, online trends in data processing; - Experience in multitasking environment; - Understanding the fundamentals of trade marketing; - High level of analytical ability; - Experience in online analytics, market research, sales reporting; - Experience in Agile, experience in project management (Jira); - The ability to translate analytical data into narrative for a wide audience; - The ability to go into detail without losing sight of the overall picture; - English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level and above.
