Channel Deployment Executive

Philip Morris ČR a.s. is strengthening its team dedicated to channel deployment. Specifically, you will be part of the team focused on implementation of commercial activities deployed in the market. CHANNEL DEPLOYMENT EXECUTIVE What your role will be: - Responsible for SOP’s (standard operating procedures) adaptation into process - Responsible for omnichannel plan deployment preparation of commercial activities (programs, campaigns, instructions, trainings) - Contribute into cluster projects from deployment perspective, such as launch of new products or upgrades, new systems developments / implementation, system adjustments. Responsible for deployment plan preparation. - Aggregating feedbacks from channels, identify action steps and follow up on them - Responsible for programs and content relevancy in digital trade engagement platforms - Lead/Contribute within bottom-up projects What are we looking for? - College/university degree, preferably in Finance, Economics or Business Administration - 3 years + of professional experience (in commercial/finance department is advantage) - Native speaker Czech (Slovak is an option), able to communicate in English - Good organizational and project management skills - You are action-oriented self-starter with strong planning and problem solving skills, able to learn on the job - Excellent communication skills (different department alignment) WHAT WE OFFER: We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package such as: - Flexible working hours / home office possibility - 25 vacation days and 4 sick days - Summer/winter vacation contribution - 11 000 points in BenefitCafe, Multisport card, Meal tickets - Life & accident insurance, Pension plan with contribution (3rd pillar) - Above-standard medical care
