PM IT Reduced Risk Products (RRP) function team has several products with wide variety of integration systems. Target product is covering customer care part of corporate business with 9000+ application users. Majority of ongoing and planned projects / activities related to Customer care processes evolution and related to Post sales mechanics such as replacements and returns of products to drive decrease time per transaction and simplicity of the mechanic overall for end users. === YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ === • Responsible for IT stream related to Customer care processes and mechanics in post sales processes. • Participate in various cross-functional initiatives to ensure omni-channel approach for new consumers in category. • Collect, prioritize and transform business requirements and needs into product requirements with simplification and efficiency in mind. • Ensure alignment on cross-functional design team, review impact of process changes on other products. • Manage product development roadmap, considering business goals, market trends and new technologies. • Prioritization and planning of releases and changes/bug fixes, align IT releases with business activities roll outs. Manage 3rd parties for solutions development/deployment (consultants, analysts, developers, testers). • Provide overall project initiatives leadership – prepare project timeline, key milestones and dependencies, risks and issues escalation, 3rd party development vendors resources assessment, coordinate 3rd party development vendors in delivery. • Ensure high level of post implementation support of covered products by respective service management teams. • Security & compliance – comply with internal policies and practices, info security guidelines and best practices. === WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR? === • Higher education. • Intermediate/Upper intermediate English. • Experience in IT product/project management 2+ year (Waterfall and/or Agile). • Previous SalesForce (SalesCloud, ServiceCloud) or another CRM experience. • Experience with Atlassian stack (Jira, Bamboo, Confluence). • Strong experience with managing business stakeholders and expectations. • Excellent communication skills. • Drive for change. Nice to have: • Knowledge & experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, After sales business areas.
