As a Analyst Finance System Master Data & Controls, you will work in Finance System Governance Team responsible for the cultivation and the maintenance of Finance Master Data as well as the orchestration of controls. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • An energetic, driven professional with a university degree (bachelors or higher) in Business Management or Finance. • Experienced in data processing and analysis, or in data governance. • Good knowledge in financial, budgeting and reporting management. • Good knowledge about collaboration and project management tools and comfortable with Microsoft Office programs. • Strong communication skills: good ability to articulate and translate into actions, technical and operational subjects. • Curious, proactive, enthusiastic and reliable. • Proficient in both written and spoken English. • We value candidates with past experience with Financial Applications. WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance, employee pension plan • Sodexo Lunch card, Cafeteria program including Multisport card • Hybrid working model • Wide range of trainings and further education and professional qualification support possibility (e.g. CIMA, ACCA) • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Maintain and analyze trading flow definitional data to generate and create trading rules supporting supply chain flow in inter-company transaction. • Cultivate the Finance master data entities such as Companies, Market Hierarchy, Finance Production Centers, etc., following the established maintenance procedures for data creation and modifications. • Provide support during month-end closing and budget cycles with regards to master data to our Finance community. • Participate in Finance Master Data Projects by acting as a coordinator with the relevant stakeholders (systems & data owners) to analyze the impacts on Finance Systems. • Manage system enhancements with regards to new master data attributes in Standard Master Data Layer (SMDL) and Master Data Governance (MDG) applications to cope with new business models and introduce efficiency in master data maintenance and processes. • Support Finance Data Governance and Enterprise Data Management teams as Data Expert with the design and implementation of processes to ensure consistent and proper handling of the finance data across the business enterprise and finance systems. • Prepare operational and SOX control reports for master data and provide control evidence to Internal and External Audit groups and Risk & Controls function.
