P&C Executive 1. Competencies: a. Main Skills • Higher Education (HR, Legal, Economics) • Experienced PC user: solid Excel user, Power Point, Outlook; other systems optional (like SAP); • Experience in HR functions / project work / leading teams • Presentation skills; trainings’ conducting skills is a plus • English – Intermediate+ 3. Stakeholders 4. All Area East employees; Field Supervisors; Field Managers – daily basis; 5. Area EMT and Area MT - relevant projects and events; 6. P&C community – regular cooperation and networking, working in project groups, etc.
