We are sourcing a Retail Project Coordinator, who will report to the Manager Retail Formats. Driven by store experience excellence, brand building and the needs of our consumers, the Retail Project Coordinator is responsible for the deployment of campaigns, permanent point of sales material and formats in our premium direct and indirect retail network in The Netherlands. Responsibilities of the role: • Gain in-depth knowledge of the needs, behaviors and active territory of our consumers in order to support our consumer centric organization. • Coordinate projects from development to deployment and effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal and external business partners, including retailers, cross-functional departments, vendors & suppliers to ensure on time delivery and commercial viability. • Set-up, maintain and ensure data accuracy of our material • Ensure stock availability • Coordinate campaign deployment in our direct and indirect network and ensure guidelines for all stakeholders • Coordinate openings, refurbishment, maintenance and deployment of all retail formats incl. permanent point of sales material and fixtures. • Collaborate with the teams in and out of your commercial stream to identify opportunities for omni-channel connections and implement high quality solutions for our consumers. • As the subject matter expert, you will provide business decision support to develop our retail formats and network. Who you are: • You have a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or similar • You have experience in project coordination with high quality standards and the ability to manage multiple projects in various stages of the project life cycle • Consumer & Forward Leaning mindset • You demonstrate a strong continuous improvement mindset and drive for results. • You are highly collaborative and proactively reach out to others in the interest of common goals. • You demonstrate curiosity and diverse ways of thinking to create and experiment with new ideas to benefit our consumers. • You are stress resilient • You are fluent in Dutch and English • You have a valid driver's license and are willing to travel to Antwerp Office occasionally. Next to that you will be visiting different retailers in the South of the Netherlands often. What will the selection process look like? Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews. In parallel, you will be asked to complete online assessment tests*. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development. *Assessment Tests The tests are integrated in the selection process to increase objectivity of the final decision making. The assessment tests for this role is a cognitive ability test. The results will not be saved in the employee’s file, and will only be used in the context of the vacancy for which the employee is applying. Results are therefore not used for purposes of performance evaluation. • Cognitive Ability Test: Report links under three headings: 1. Deductive reasoning (measuring the ability drawing logical conclusions) 2. Inductive reasoning (measuring conceptual and analytical thinking) 3. Numerical reasoning (measuring capacity to understand numerical data and interpret mathematical information correctly)
