Your ‘day to day’ As a Process Operator, you will ensure continuous and efficient operation of the assigned production line or machine, executing basic technical intervention, according to the company’s manufacturing guidelines in order to deliver business results aligned with the aligned company strategy. Your responsibilities include • Operate equipment complying with production plans to improve targeted KPIs (including safety, quality, delivery, and cost) as well as deliver a high level of customer service • Promote standardization, reapplication, and knowledge-sharing of best practices and standards in order to propose new solutions to eliminate production losses • Proactively work with Quality department for the implementation and execution of quality programs to prevent quality incidents. • Use and comply to all standard systems and tools according to manufacturing standards - Act and promote an interdependent and transparent safety culture fostering the utilization of preventive/predictive approach in line with Open+/IOS Who we’re looking for You have a diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Technology (or related courses). You have at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company. A working knowledge in mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance is also preferred. You must also be amenable to work in shifting schedules in our Batangas Plant.
