(Purpose) Assist Supervisor to contribute to the growth of Philip Morris market share through providing KA team with accurate, complete, relevant and timely reports that analyze the business performance to assist KA team in decision making, activities & budget tracking, and strategy development. Support KA team in areas of process such as cycle planning, budget, spending, contract, and invocing process between KA team, Finance team, and FSF. Establish and maintain professional and profitable trade relations with existing minor Key Account(s) to develop practical account management experience to better support KA team. (Your 'day to day') - Sales and Distribution • Identify opportunities by regularly analyzing and evaluating relevant information in order to assist to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. The information includes: ASMS - Scanned data (real off take data) / AC Nielsen (Market & volume trends) / Competitive activity/performance / SWOT analysis – PM & Competitors • Assist to develop and implement Key Account strategies or solutions, which are in line with PMT long term sales strategies. • Conduct account reviews for Key Accounts. • Monitor inventory levels at delivery center to prevent OOS at store level by delivering accurate forecasting cooperating with Commercial Planning. - KA Operation • Assist in administrative and control tasks related to the KA function, for example the maintenance of calendars, invoices & contract control and processing, budget control, etc. • Administer record retention and KA function filing policies. • Co-operate with the Internal Controls in building a secure control environment that reflects the full compliance with policies and procedures and all applicable standards. • Secure the execution of administrative duties during Supervisor's absence from the office. • Actively participate/contribute to sales workshops/conferences whenever required by Sales Management. • Assist to develop and propose a yearly/monthly sales forecast and sales plan for Key Accounts. • Responsible for the coordination, information preparation, agenda, minutes and ad-hoc activities required by Supervisor. - Trade program • Develop and design trade program in the manner that will strategically align key accounts with PMT direction. This includes: mechanics, rebates and discounts structure / performance assessment and KSI compliance / Contracts & Agreements, where necessary. • Track and monitor the progress and further evaluate impact of programs in order to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the future programs. • Establish communication platform for timely and effective feedback of non-compliance. • Propose and recommend changes in programs or areas for improvements. - BUDGETING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT • Support supervisor to manage KA team's budgeting and reporting accountabilities through the co-ordination of the OB, RF budgeting process and subsequent Actual vs Budget reporting. • Support supervisor to ensure all financial forecasts reflect the objectives of KA team. • Support supervisor for the preparation of all KA function business presentations. • Support supervisor to plan KA related Projects. - BUSINESS PLANNING (INCLUDING COMMERCIAL & CYCLE PLANNING PROCESS) • Actively participate in the planning and support supervisor to develop of strategic Key Account plans in line with overall PM strategy. Support supervisor to prepare the agreements with selected Key Accounts according to general Key Account strategy, and ensure that all elements of the agreement are strictly followed. Continuously evaluate key accounts’ performance in order to identify potential opportunities, design and implement corrective steps for further improvement. • Support supervisor to ensure commercial plan is approved by RHQ and well communicated to the deployment team. • Support supervisor to manage KA cycle planning content and process that maximizes the communication effectiveness of the cycle objectives to the FSF deployment team. - Account Management • Build and strengthen PM’s relations with all Key Accounts across the market, in a manner that customers will strategically position PM, as the ‘Preferred’ trade partner • Manage PM and Key Accounts expectations through unparallel service and support to secure loyalty • Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of key account customers to ensure that the information is readily available for critical analysis and decision-making (Requirement) • Minimum 1 year of sales experience with major FMCG companies is a plus • Marketing & Field operation experience is a plus • Good communication skill and teamwork • Good command in English and Mandarin
