As Field Sales Supervisor for our IQOS products, you will effectively lead, manage, and coach a team of Field Executives under a specific territory in the achievement of business objectives. You will build the capability of your team in managing their territories in terms of coverage area or saturation. You will also coach them in pricing management to increase awareness, trial, and ultimately brand adoption to increase volume and market share growth. You will also be responsible for managing the team’s accountabilities to collect market intelligence (consumer, competition, and trade) and build effective professional relations with covered outlets to become a preferred trade partner. Your ‘day to day’ People Management • Manage, develop, and effectively engage a team of Field Executives under your territory to ensure that performance levels and professional development exceed business objectives. You will need to ensure that you will build the capability of your team to achieve long term business sustainability including appropriate training and succession planning Internal Coordination • Coordinate and interface on a regular basis with all relevant internal departments to foster internal communication, teamwork, and optimization of all allocated resources in the implementation of commercial initiatives to achieve general trade priorities Compliance • Ensure that all initiatives and activities are in full compliance with Legal and Regulatory mandatories and with PMI policies and practices Territory and Route Management • Addresses territory business problems and seizes opportunities by developing territory plan which supports IQOS Field business objectives. Allocates geographical responsibilities and leads route plan development to optimize coverage and effectively engage and increase legal age user base. Ensures the team reinforces recommended selling prices through trade education. Who we’re looking for • You have a minimum of 5 years supervisor experience preferably in field sales and consumer engagement as well as minimum 2 years of experience in trade marketing • You have a deep knowledge and understanding of general trade practices • You are tech-savvy and has excellent communication skills • You have good driving skills and you have a valid driver’s license for at least a year • You are willing to be based anywhere in the National Capital Region (NCR) What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
