We’re recruiting Financial Planning Analysts for a new Regional Structure based in Serbia: PMI’s Finance Center of Expertise (CoE) for Eastern Europe and Middle East & Africa and we’re waiting for you! About the Center of Expertise PMI is establishing a new Regional Finance Center of Expertise in Serbia. The goal of this new CoE is to support PMI affiliates in Eastern Europe and Middle East & Africa by developing an efficient, effective, capable and engaged organization with capabilities to collect, analyze and deliver information for fast, data-driven decision-making. Your ‘day to day’ As a Financial Planning Analyst in the new CoE, you will embrace a huge challenge and responsibility: you will be the first point of contact for the Market counterparts to integrate market business strategies into Operating Income simulations and scenarios (Price, Excise Tax, Share of Market, Consumer Acquisition and Volume) for decision-making. As Power User of the Operating Income forecasting tool you will deliver high quality estimates. You will provide markets services, based on a Service Level Agreement, with timely input and analysis delivery. You will take initiative and participate in the process of continuous improvement, in collaboration with the System Governance team and Markets. For this purpose, you will work closely with both internal and external partners supporting PMI affiliates with new analytics solutions at the same time you’ll be challenged to contribute with innovative ideas and work collaboratively not only with your team, but the entire organization. In your on boarding journey to PMI, you can also have a chance to work within local Finance team supporting South East Europe Cluster. What we’re looking for: • Degree in Management, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or similar; • Minimum 2 years of validated experience in analytical functions; • Business Development and Planning experience is a strong plus; • Strong numerical and analytical skills, including experience with developing and/or maintaining financial models; • Proficiency in MS Office and English language (spoken and written); • Good communication skills: strong ability to communicate complex scenarios in a simple way; • Customer satisfaction mindset: quality and timeliness of delivery.
