Your ‘day to day’ As a Financial Analyst, you will enable strategic decision-making by providing Operations management with accurate reporting, deviation analysis, and trend forecasting. You will be in-charge of preparation of Budget and Manufacturing Assumptions. You will also manage submission of timely and accurate KPI reporting into all relevant systems as per local, regional and PMI guidelines. Your responsibilities include: • Lead the data consolidation from all relevant stakeholders and prepare required documentation and templates and prepare the submission of budget inputs (Manufacturing KPIs, SVC and FME HC, Productivity Initiatives, etc. etc.) to PMI in line with valid PMI standards. Challenge budget target submissions by business owners based on forecast trend analysis and historical trends. Consolidate all Operations manufacturing assumptions and the targets and prepare the presentation to be shared with Operations Director and Regional management for final approval. • Analyze variances and deviations of actuals vs budget targets, following up on root cause analysis and drivers with business owners. Follow-up on Operations performance variances vs targets, identifying and analyzing reasons and providing trend forecasts, and alert Management to issues and deviations. • Ensure accurate reporting of KPIs following PMI principles, guidelines and methodology and safeguarding the respective quality and correctness. Prepare and execute timely and accurate regular (daily, monthly, yearly) reports and analysis according to the requirements and the instructions received from local, regional, and PMI Operations Management, in accordance with PMI rules and standards. Submit required data to Region as per guidelines and objectives in reporting (Actuals and RF). Prepare various ad hoc analysis and support to prepare the presentations for local and regional management. Who we’re looking for - Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in financial reporting or financial planning - Advanced MS Skills required (especially in MS Excel) and knowledge of operating systems - Experience in working and influencing cross-functional stakeholders - You are driven, committed and passionate to level up standards and has strong analytical, problem-solving and planning skills. Good communication skills as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools such as Word and Powerpoint is also required. You must also be amenable to work in Batangas Plant.
