It’s the perfect start to your career. The Challenge This intern will support the analysis, design, build, deployment and user support of IT Solutions and IT procresses. Engage with stakeholders (e.g. users, vendors, peers, etc.) to understand current and future business requirements and their impact on the IT landscape. Your daily tasks • Understand the IT Service delivery model, IT processes and IT portfolio of solutions. • Provide IT (technical) advice and assistance to customers to enable them in executing their strategic plans through the application of relevant standards, practices, processes, and tools within assigned scope. • Support in the design, build and deployment of IT solutions and/or IT processes and/or delivery of IT services by working closely with relevant functional teams. • Create and maintain systems/services documentations, training programs/materials, operating manuals within assigned scope. • Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of the respective IT solutions and/or services. • Collaborate and share knowledge and intelligence with colleagues in IT and other functions, on matters such as applicable policies, standards, procedures and guidelines, efficient use of tools and technologies. • Execute the deployment and localization of the global IT system solutions, in line with project schedule and guidance of project team. • Provide maintenance and support for local and global IT system solutions. Perform troubleshooting and solving issues as they occur in day-to-day business. Who we’re looking for • You´ll have an academic degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent with additional certificates, degrees or experience in IS. • Any programming and/or database knowledge/experience will be beneficial. • Advanced level of English and Portuguese; • Good user of Microsoft tools namely Excel; • Strong motivation for development and learning; • Analytical skills and Problem-Solving attitude; • Digital driven mindset; • Permission to work in Portugal.
