Your ‘day to day’ • Performance monitoring and competitive intelligence (Multi-category): - Performance and volume analysis: monitoring the market and PMF's market share against targets - Competitive intelligence on commercial actions, price changes, product launches of competitors - Clear communication to the company (marketing departments, sales, management team) on performance and competition, via dashboards (produced by the team), recurring and ad-hoc presentations - Estimation of the return on investment of competitors' commercial activities • Net Revenue Management: - Analysis of taxation, both on known elements and potential evolution scenarios - Identify ways to optimise revenue and increase market share - Scenario planning on price changes: work in conjunction with the Marketing, Sales and Corporate Affairs departments. • Business case for new products and new distribution channels, particularly for low-risk products: - Carrying out business cases on new product launches: strategy, investments, volume, revenue and margin potential - Define the optimal business case in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing departments - Constant review and adjustment of assumptions based on results • Volume forecast & short/medium/long term financial elements: - Based on the above elements (observed performance, pricing strategy, results vs. business case), forecast volumes over a one to 18 month horizon - Ensure with the sales and marketing departments, an optimal synchronisation of activities and associated volumes (KPI) - Coordinate with the Logistics department the production needs by reference (IBP) • Strategic plan - Work with all departments to define the annual strategic plan - Analysis of economic, political and market trends to define the priorities of the strategic plan - Define volume and associated margin assumptions and coordinate the development of the future P&L with the controller and his group • Transforming the company from a B2B to a B2C organisation - Be consumer focused on thinking and acting - Helping the organisation to look at relevant KPIs to understand the consumer - Lead / participate in ad-hoc initiatives for business transformation - Embody the transformation on a daily basis and implement new ways of working What we are looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis/Controlling/Transactional Services, ideally in audit or corporate finance. You are a good communicator, analytical and business oriented, you know how to engage, federate and convince around a project. You will be able to work in a fast-paced, complex and uncertain environment and be able to deliver results. You are able to plan and prioritise, to manage internal financial processes with the right level of trust in the teams and control of key deliverables. You are also able to communicate the vision and implications to the teams, give meaning to the daily work and give the right level of autonomy to your teams. Fluent English is imperative to be able to work in an international context.
