You will ensure the efficiency, sustainability and adherence to the global standards in the regional Planning Hub (RPH) and contribute in the continuous achievement of the RPH performance targets. Location: Russia, Moscow/Saint-Petersburg === YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ === • Drive & own the PDCA (PLAN-DO-CHECK-ACT) process in RPH in line with global standards and facilitate the development & implementation of the action plans to deliver performance targets: 1. Consolidation of the projects targeted to deliver performance improvement, productivity, and organizational efficiency, manage their regular monitoring with the RPH management team 2. Evaluate & ensure the health of DDS (Daily Direction Schedule) process 3. Oversee target setting for the RPH reporting • Manage budgeting process, drive and monitor the corrective measures progress regularly • Manage the Supply Chain planning Master Data governance activities at RPH in line with Sync Hub Governance • Manage the process of continuous improvement ideas collection & evaluation process in cooperation with Sync Hub Governance and Global Process Owners • Ensure capability building process by developing training plan. Work in close cooperation with Global Process Owners & Sync Hub Governance • Ensure that all accountabilities & activities are carried out in full compliance with the PMI standarts === WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR? === AS AN IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU SHOULD HAVE: • 5+ years of experience in various areas of Supply Chain with Supply/Capacity Planning experience as a must • Management experience 3+ years • 3+ years of 3rd party service provider management experience • Project Management experience in Supply Chain • Experience in budget planning or performance planning • Knowledge of SAP, Excel, Power BI • Upper-intermediate English (both spoken and written) • High learning agility and collaboration, structured approach to problem solving • Natural curiosity and ambition to dig at the core of any issue === WHAT WE OFFER? === COMPENSATION PACKAGE • Learning and development opportunities, including international assignments • Competitive salary • Corporate Pension plan • Life and disability insurance, voluntary medical insurance (inc. dental care and critical diseases) • Meal allowance
