Key values of the ATT team are; • Face of “Technology and Platform Engineering” area in the markets as a technology integrator, contributing to business transformation. • A critical role to transform market technology by understanding the business requirements. • As the technology partner of the markets ensures T&PE product portfolio fits the business strategy, identifies the improvement areas, and triggers necessary actions to achieve service excellence via global product teams • Coordinates market-driven projects by mobilizing required product teams to achieve the project goals • Supports global initiatives by driving market engagement IT Affiliate Technology Transformation (ATT) team represents IT Technology & Platform Engineering (T&PE) in the markets as a technology partner of the business and other IT Platforms. Your day to day • Engage with market IT and business management to lead the technology component of market business as the face of Technology & Platform Engineering team. Understand the market strategy, assess the business impact and prioritize the technology requirements. Recommend best global standard product(s) to achieve the business goal. • Link global projects to local needs and strategy, support and influence technology products to improve customer experience. • Contribute T&PE product portfolio evolution by driving the feedback loop between market and product teams. Keep product teams informed about customer experience, product performance, market strategies and challenges. Participate in product roadmap planning with agile methodologies to ensure business strategies will be supported by best-in-class technology products in time. • Understand and promote global products, solutions and standards in the market. Keep market IT and business informed about T&PE strategies, product portfolio, roadmap, projects with business impact and expectations from the market. • Perform technology enabler role in local IT/Business projects. Coordinate market driven projects, by involving respective T&PE product teams and local market counterparts (i.e., Market IT, Engineering, General Services) ensuring compliance with global standards and guidelines. • Manage local IT infrastructure (T&PE) budget in the affiliates, in collaboration with global product teams. • Manage local IT infrastructure vendor, contract, and procurement activities in alignment with central product teams based on global strategies and requirements. Who we’re looking for: • College/University degree – Ideally in an IT related field. • 8-10 years of experience in IT, business experience in multinational Co. • 8-10 years of experience in IT technologies: Server, Storage and Backup Solutions, Cloud Computing, Networks, Telecommunications, End User Technologies & Components. • Experience in IT Budget, Procurement Management, Contract and Vendor Management, across dispersed locations. • Experience leading IT teams across dispersed locations. • Experience in IT Service Management/ITIL. • Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate cross-functionally in global, matrixed environments comprising of internal and external partners. • Excellent Sr. Stakeholder management skills. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment. • Agile Project Management Skills (SAFE). • Professional Scrum certification is a plus.
