Being an Intern you will be working at the heart of our P&C Digitalization program, this role offers a phenomenal opportunity to help shape and design process across the P&C domain focusing on Talent Acquisition stream. Participating in the full design lifecycle covering global design, product development and testing, through to market deployment, will provide you a vital experience how to automate and standardize the way in which work is delivered. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • A university graduate up to 6 months after graduation or a student of a 3rd, 4th or 5th year (available for min. 30 h per week) • Proficient English speaker • Candidate with experience in using Microsoft Office tools and with strong communication skills • Previous experience in a multinational environment would be an advantage WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • paid internship for 6 months that can be extended up to 12 months • our company offers you a new perspective • here, you will never stop exploring and discovering • we take on-the-job learning to another level, giving you every possibility to develop your career and reach your full potential • with new technologies, services, and processes, backed by a competitive salary you will work in a professional environment and team members from all over the world HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • collation, documentation and management of all process requirements via product workbooks and user stories • development of global and local end to end process documentation, including process maps, work instructions, job aids and broader knowledge assets • iterative functional testing of SuccessFactors product throughout program phases and global deployment through warranty and hyper care • support Product Owners with the ongoing iteration of product roadmaps and backlogs which are transparent and visible for all customers and stakeholders Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
