The Challenge Commercial Operations are being transformed so that the relation with Retailers is based on digital first and Field Force teams can focus on value added activities. For this to happen Field Force and back-office teams need efficient systems and PMI REEV – Retailer Evolution ecosystem – assumes itself as a critical enabler for this transformation. Aiming to be a one-stop-shop system for field and back-office Commercial Teams focusing on digitalization, planning and sustainable transition and offering new capabilities for our Field Force, Retailers and Retail Call Center. As part of the Commercial Planning & Operational Excellence department you will help us to drive this change. Your ‘day to day’ I. DAILY SUPPORT TO COMMERCIAL TEAMS • Collect system user’s questions and summarize frequent needs. Whenever appropriate clarify these questions. • Support the preparation of trainings to commercial teams using the system. • Participate in periodic work sessions with field and back-office teams helping to identify specific needs, improvement opportunities and/or issues. II. DAILY SUPPORT TO IT INFRASTRUCTURE • Be one of the main points of contact to field force users and back-office teams for topic related with system daily maintenance. • Identify and/or gather potential system issues among users and report them to PMI central teams, follow-up up until final resolution. • Create service requests to support field force activities • Prepare reports on database accuracy and support field force users to improve and maintain this accuracy. Who we’re looking for • University degreed in Management or similar. • Native Portuguese and advanced level of English. • Strong motivation for development and learning. • Action oriented, fast learner and problem-solving attitude. • Tech savvy. • Organizational and structuring skills. • Permit to work in Portugal.
