YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES AS ANALYST RISK & CONTROLS (M/F/D): The Risk & Controls (R&C) function within PMI defines, leads, monitors the risk management, and internal controls practices and drives the various activities surrounding it. In the role of an ANALYST RISK & CONTROLS (M/F/D) you are responsible for implementing the market strategy and ongoing enterprise risk management and internal controls activities (i.e. risk assessment, advisory and review activities). • You execute the ongoing risk management and internal control activities and Identify, assess, monitor, and recommend mitigating responses to key risks within the market/cluster. • You perform advisory engagements and reviews, and effectively engage with the relevant stakeholders • You ensure accurate reporting (advisory reports, reviews, issues, fraud reports, etc.) including issues and recommendations • You are responsible for the design of financial reporting controls and their communication to internal teams • You perform testing over SOX controls under the responsibility of market R&C, report issues identified during the process, including review of the action plan, issue evaluation, etc. • You participate in other activities and projects of the R&C function with local and international focus WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • University degree (MSc) level education (e.g. Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Informatics, or similar) • 2-3 years of professional experience focusing on Risk Management, Internal Controls, GRC, Audit, Accounting, Finance, or a combination of the six • Post University Professional Certification or Education (e.g. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Executive Master Internal/Operational Auditor (EMIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Governance Risk Compliance Professional (GRCP) Certification etc.) • Experience in the area of consultancy, FMCG or Business to Consumer (B2C) is a plus • Experience in Digitization and transformation projects with international scope • Strong analytical skills and excellent business understanding • Effective communication and presentation skills. • Curious mindset • Fluently in English language, German is a plus INTERESTED?
