Your day-to-day as Sr Manager Performance & Portfolio : • Lead development of the Procurement functional strategy together with the Procurement Leadership Team and in collaboration with Operations S&PD • Support functional strategy cascade and communication across Procurement • Manage program / project portfolio including projects intake, prioritization proposal, resource allocation and progress monitoring • Manage end-to end performance delivery of a function including definition of measurements, KPIs tracking, action plans development and implementation monitoring • Drive functional performance drumbeat including periodic review meetings. • Manage functional budget and act as single point of contact to Finance • Support best practice sharing within Procurement and across Operations S&PD community • Contribute to communication and capability building plans • Lead strategic projects and initiatives Who we're looking for: • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar. • Previous experience in managing strategy process and / or performance management, defining and implementing strategy, delivering Program/ Projects • Work experience in large multinational companies or other relevant experience • Knowledge of Procurement or Supply Chain / Operations processes • Strategic and conceptual thinking, strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities • Customer orientation; strong communication and influencing skills • Program/ Project management experience and knowledge of digital solutions and technologies.
