As Manager Transformation Commercial Field Programs, you will provide a comprehensive strategic planning and business development to the project team and key stakeholders in the Philippines and Region HQ, in particular with regards to the design, coordination, presentation, and communication of business strategies and long range plans of Commercial Transformation Programs. You will develop the short and long term strategy and commercial deployment plan as well as manage the deployment and execution plans and monitor project updates and results, ensuring an efficient resource allocation, quick pivots, and execution excellence of initiatives. You will monitor and track project performance and review against business KPIs and expected ROI. YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ • Provide an overall strategic planning support to affiliate management in the development and design of key business strategies (Strategy / OB cycle) and long range plans (LRP) for Commercial Transformation Programs o Identify, define and present/discuss key assumptions on general trade trends (WS and RT) trends, digital adoption trends, industry evolution and profitability, impact of tax and regulatory changes and various commercial scenarios to help define and formulate such strategies and long-range plans. o Coordinate and consolidate inputs from all functions to ensure consistency in stakeholder communications. Sales and Commercial Planning group to ensure all information are shared across the Execution Team, while getting feedback from them as well. • Deliver a cohesive, reliable, and accurate forecast for our Transformation Programs expansion, with consistent alignment with Head of Commercial Transformation and other Managers of Transformation Programs, as well as closely collaborating with critical cross-functional workstream leads. Provide core expertise in tracking and analyzing project performance at a granular level. • Build a trade strategy on deployment of various Transformation Program initiatives in collaboration with Head of Commercial Transformation: (1) Incremental Distribution, Volume and Share of Market initiatives (2) Digital RTM efficiency improvement activities (3) Trade Community building initiatives and (4) RRP conversion initiatives • Collaborate and update the commercial deployment plans at an HQ level, region level, based on region inputs and developments, consolidating HQ and regional activities, in order to ensure a synchronized commercial deployment. Identify insights and learnings that will lead to project PIVOTS to ensure that project KPIs are met. Monitor the issues in order to ensure an execution as planned. • Design, prepare and deliver executive presentations/business updates to Local Senior Management Team, Regional and Global HQ, and external business partners. This includes, but is not limited to, strategy and OB/LRP presentations, Bi-Weekly Project update meetings with Region/Global Directors, quarterly Global Steering Committee meetings, and meetings with external audiences such us third party partners and key government officials and public groups. • Closely collaborate with Manager Transformation Programs Business Development to ensure every step of the project aligns with long-range plans and nationwide roll-out strategy, generating insights from learnings and sharing test results to enable high-quality decision-making on the project expansion. • Perform regular visits to wholesalers and retailers to enhance knowledge and understanding of trade needs and dynamics, in order to improve execution in every stage of the roll-out WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR You must have a bachelor’s degree, and minimum of five (5) years of experience in Field Sales with experience in leading nationwide project execution. You must have a working knowledge in Business Development, Strategy Creation, Financial and Business Analysis, and program creation and execution. A knowledge in Digital Solutions is also preferred.
