WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related fields • Fluent in English and excellent communication skills • 8+ Years of experience within Fast Paced Consumer Goods (FMCG), Electronics or Medical Device industry Experience in forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and data analytics • 5+ years of management experience • APICS Certification is a plus Other skills / function specifics: • Predictive capabilities - ability to anticipate issues and risks and react before they happen. Be a champion of processes and inspire change across your network. • System Savvy - Ability to comprehend system landscape, data flow and system functionalities to drive system usage and automation WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Company car / or car allowance • Subsidized meals in company canteens or Sodexo card while working remotely • Hybrid model (40% office in Krakow, 60% home office) opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Lead the execution and own the supply planning processes for finished goods & semies in adherence to standard drumbeats & defined planning cycle, in order to ensure supply continuity & anticipation and manage & optimize inventory at market and total network levels • Lead the team of supply planning lead, BSP Planners, Site integrated planning, ensuring right knowledge, development and adherence to planning process • Ensure planning process standardization and planning results transparency • Accountable to review and escalate supply planning alerts & lead regular DDS meetings to identify / communicate attention points related to supply plans and define the internal action plans & support required by other stakeholders (mostly CMRP, Market Planning, Manufacturing, IBP, PD) to act on time/in full • Monitor manufacturing/supply planning performance & planning process adherence, identify and shared risks and opportunities and address to relevant decision making owners if needed • Perform inventory & LOGD/LOMD FME management following weekly/monthly drumbeat, ensuring that financials (cost & cash) and service level targets are met • Own the process of weekly preparation of 18 months supply & capacity plan and production schedule (for given factory(ies)) and lead the team of supply planning lead, BSP Planners, Site integrated planning, ensuring adherence to planning process and supply planning results meeting demand/requirements, in line with the targeted inventory policies • Ensures that proposed plan optimize capacity utilization, service and costs & cash and is sent for approval and release (depending on PMI model can be directly released by this role and/or his team), with all relevant details • Control and validate alerts monitoring during regular DDS & PDCA meetings to follow up on risk &opportunities related to FG & Semies supply. Risk & Opp to be addressed via an action plans & support required from other stakeholders • Coordinate process of definition of stock policies, by collaborating with market planning and manufacturing to provide inputs on optimal production pattern, to enable PMI to develop production pattern resulting in minimal cost and optimal service to market • Accountable for system alerts & reports setup, generating inventory projections as per agreed inventory policies to avoid stock out or excess inventory situations • Ensure that planners take actions to minimize Market LOGD/LOMD following demand in system and review and trigger action to budget & provision adequate FME LOGD/LOMD and identify and execute actions to maximize mitigation • Review and control inventory projections for the defined horizon for full portfolio in accordance with defined drumbeat • Ensure actions are taken or escalated to the needed stakeholders in order to resolve the deviations to stay within defined target ranges Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
