We are looking for a Manager Activation Marketing to strengthen our Conventional Business team to secure our leading position and profitability in the conventional market in Benelux to fuel the growth of our Smoke Free Products. Responsibilities of the role: Activation • Lead, manage and deliver key strategic projects for the support of our combustible brands in line with the overall combustible strategy in Benelux. • Liaise with commercial planning teams to provide regular updates and align with needs of country and frontline teams in terms of brand support activities. • Manage creative agencies to produce both print and digital branded content for all channels (e.g. new product launches, national campaigns, value-added offers). • Support the country field and key account sales teams with appropriate materials • (e.g. bottom up branded initiatives). • Together with the trade marketing department, build strong branded activities for the digital B2B platform and develop offline tools for retailer education and engagement for our brands. • Work closely together with the Business Planning, Business Intelligence & Consumer Insights teams on analysis of data, development of strategies and evaluation of action plans & commercial initiatives. Budget Management • Control budget process and provide analysis on a quarterly basis. • Recommend changes and corrective actions to ensure optimum budget allocation and spending. You: • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar marketing position • You have a passion for our conventional brands and a good eye for details • You are a true team player • You are agile and able to work with tight deadlines • You have an ability to adjust communication style to diverse audiences • You are data driven and have experience turning insights into actionable business plans • You have an ability to develop clear briefings for external creative agencies • You have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly PowerPoint, Excel) • You are fluent in English, French and/or Dutch What will the selection process look like? Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews. In parallel, you will be asked to complete online assessment tests*. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development. *Assessment Tests The tests are integrated in the selection process to increase objectivity of the final decision making. The assessment tests for this role is a cognitive ability test. The results will not be saved in the employee’s file, and will only be used in the context of the vacancy for which the employee is applying. Results are therefore not used for purposes of performance evaluation. • Cognitive Ability Test: Report links under three headings: 1.
