PMAL operates as a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, Inc. We are open for candidates if you are in Asia, and to be based in Philip Morris offices in Asia. As a Manager of Indirect Materials & Services (IM&S) you will lead development of the strategy for IM&S Procurement in collaboration with IM&S Procurement Asia Leadership team. Your 'day to day' • Lead/ coordinate strategy implementation activities within Asia IM&S Procurement, and ensure alignment towards global IM&S strategies / objectives • Participate in Global Governance & Planning Board meetings as Asia IM&S Procurement representative to align local & regional expectations with global on governance & planning related topics • Manage performance delivery for department including KPIs and project status tracking and reporting, action plans development and implementation monitoring • Prepare, update and monitor department’s budget • Lead or participate in productivity, continuous improvement, and other optimization initiatives • Lead or participate projects for processes improvement, systems deployment, capabilities development and others • Ensure and monitor compliance to Procurement policies and guidelines • Identify improvement opportunities and support best practice sharing within Procurement and across Asia IM&S Procurement Who we're looking for: Essential Requirements: - Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration, Procurement / Supply Chain specialization, Engineering or similar. - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Procurement and/or strategic planning function with exposure to a multinational environment, preferably in consulting firms or FMCG - Knowledge of Procurement Sourcing and Operations processes - Strategic and conceptual thinking and strong analytical skills - High learning agility, autonomy, and problem-solving capabilities - Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills - Excellent MS Office skills - Knowledge in Procurement systems (such as Sievo, WSS, GSMT etc) Preferred Requirements: - Knowledge of various industries - Program / Project management experience and qualification - Experience in using and / or implementing digital solutions - Finance acumen, data and analytics qualification #LIjobs
