IBP Demand Planner

We are seeking a dynamic, talented, and motivated IBP Demand Planner to join our amazing company, Philip Morris Trading. -You are characterized by independent work and organizational skills. -You are a strong communicator with a hands-on mentality and a passion for tackling and implementing things, as well as a strong team player. -You will currently be an authority in forecasting and end-to-end supply chain planning. -You will have strong data analytic skill, adept at merging data from a variety of sources and aptitude for blending quantitative and qualitative data to generate conclusions. -You have a strong ability to leverage on digital systems for automation, monitoring, control and reporting (SAP, E2OPEN). -You will have a natural curiosity and desire to understand how things work. -Independent self-starter who can handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. -Experience leading or working in cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion. -Ability to track and handle ongoing activities within a project. -You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity. -Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of SQL a plus. YOUR TASKS: • Creation of the sales forecast, considering all influencing parameters. Analysis and interpretation of all KPIs (such as overall market development and PMT actual volume & shares or competitive activities) • Ensuring optimal inventories (including permanent review of stock levels) • Permanent further development of the forecast methodology and systems • Conceptual support and entrepreneurial implementation of all product-specific adjustments (such as marketing projects and price changes) • Coordination of our projects with the PMI (Supply Chain) and PMI Product Development • Interface management to various PMT departments WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU: • Completed business studies and first relevant work experience • Fluency in written and spoken Romanian and English • Very good knowledge of MS Office (esp. Excel/Power Point) and knowledge of SAP • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as result orientation • Independent, responsible, quality-oriented, and structured way of working • Very good communication, presentation, and organizational skills • Pro-activity and high customer orientation
