We offer the exciting opportunity to join as a Sr. Business Planning Analyst, you are responsible for providing multi-category support (both CC and SFP) to the Manager Business Planning in the areas of short-term and long-term planning (by conducting impactful analyses on internal and external factors that affect business performance), reporting of business performance both locally and to PMI, and providing financial evaluations for business initiatives. The analyses performed by the Sr. Business planning analyst will directly contribute to the key decision made by the local and global senior leadership. Main Accountabilities: • Provide PML's different departments with timely, accurate and constructive legal advice on critical commercial and organizational issues. • Pricing Strategy and Business Forecasting • Assist the Manager Business Planning in achieving the optimal pricing strategy and sales forecast through effective monitoring and analysis of business KPIs and market trends, fiscal & regulatory aspects, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape while seeking business insights, identifying risks and opportunities. • Reporting and Management Support • Monitoring and reporting business performance by evaluating business updates, industry reports, business highlights, and preparation of presentations. • Business Intelligence • Analyze competitive information, pricing landscape in the market, share of market, competitor-audited financial statements, and tax payments. Works with Manager Business Planning in analyzing the information to provide relevant and actionable inputs to the evaluation and implementation of business planning. • Multi-Category Business Partnering • Act as a multi-category strategic partner of other functions across the organization for both CC and SFP by providing data-driven analyses and recommendations on business & strategy initiatives and external factors. This includes the development of the financial evaluation (ROI, pricing, and volume) of proposed initiatives, new product launches (NPL), illicit trade estimates, and other ad-hoc matters. • Advanced Analytics • Act as a senior consultant for other analysts across the organization for better data automation and optimization, advanced analysis, presentation, visualization, and monitoring processes (may also include building, maintaining, and improving data pipelines using various technologies and BI tools) Requirements: • College/University degree in management, business, economics, or statistics • Minimum 4 years experience in areas requiring a high level of analysis, preferably Business Planning, Commercial Strategy, or Financial Planning • Strategic analysis: ability to think critically and problem solve, work with large volumes and variety of data, attention to detail, derive hypothesis-driven insights and executable recommendations • Stakeholder engagement: strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation – ability to present key initiatives to business teams and leaders; obtain buy-in and drive decision-making; proactively share findings • Dynamic mindset: self-starter with a positive attitude, independent, resilient, and able to work in a dynamic environment • Strong MS Office and BI skills: must have extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and BI tools such as Power BI. As a senior analyst, you will be required to prepare presentation decks and financial models • Great collaborator that can work in parallel with various functions and leaders of the business. • English fluent speaker
