Analyst - Business Intelligence

We are looking for an innovative, digital-world follower, out-of-the-box thinker Information Technology Analyst who will be responsible for providing Business Intelligence solutions for Philip Morris International. YOUR challenge will be: • Supporting data value chain across respective dimensions of data generation, acquisition, storage, integration, cleansing, and processing, and ensuring formalized & coordinated structure with consistent data architecture, and accessibility via dashboards, interfaces, and tools. • Improving existing BI & reporting tools and solutions to more sophisticated analytics and predictions; supporting business decision-making and standard methodologies practices across the organization. • Engaging with partners to understand current and future business strategies and their impact on the IT landscape, helping further define/improve data requirements in order to achieve business goals. • In collaboration with business and respective parties, structuring and identifying key strategic problems to be solved with respect to the data/analytics opportunities by translating key business ideas into clear sophisticated analytics use-cases solutions. • Taking accountability for the solution delivery and project management while driving projects with third-party vendors within a defined timeline while understanding the IT service delivery model and IT processes from a local and global perspective. WHO we’re looking for: • At least a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, MIS, or a relevant field • Demonstrated ability in data architecture projects, data engineering, database & ETL modeling, business data-marts design, and maintenance • Experienced with one or more BI Reporting platforms (Power- BI preferred) • Experience in project management and technical system assessments with Agile methodology and tools (Confluence, JIRA, SCRUM, KANBAN) • SCRUM certification is a plus • Very good understanding of RDBMS preferably proficiency with SQL • A certain level of PM / Business Analyst level experience, or curiosity about Business Intelligence / Data Engineering / Data Warehousing / ETL tools and technologies / Cloud services • Strong English speaking, writing, and communications skills including technical writing • Ability to operate and deliver clearly in an ambiguous and sophisticated environment • Good ability to influence and engage with multi-functional partners • High level of autonomy, strong entrepreneurship, collaboration skills, and aim for results • Driven customer focus and ability to think out of the box solutions to deliver the best customer experience.
