Your ‘day to day’ Manage and ensure accuracy in payments to employees, public and private organizations in Mexico and Central America. Maintain an optimal relationship, contribution and negotiation with the union representatives and employees. Lead and propose the implementation of best practices in processes as well as plan and anticipate actions to face the constant legal and labor reforms. Constantly develop actions focused on ensuring the best experience for our internal, external customers and any stake holders. Accountabilities and Experience with: 1. Ensure the accuracy of information between systems, payroll calculations, compensation payments, resignations and retirements based on the legal and fiscal requirements of each country guaranteed through 100% validation of the information 2. Coordinate and control timely actions aimed at complying in due time and form with respect to changes, updates or legal reforms issued within the different markets, reducing the risk of non-compliance or sanction and with the various controls established by the company aligned with SOX 3. Lead the compliance with the corresponding obligations aimed at guaranteeing the integrity and consistency of the information requested by the authorities, as well as coordinate the interaction between the auditor and the internal areas involved in the preparation of the mandatory opinion before the IMSS of PMMPS and PMM 4. Guidance and facilitation on payroll, labour, tax and accounting issues in the different regional/local projects ensuring compliance with business needs and obligations, as well as employee satisfaction 5. Generate and maintain a solid relationship with public and private organizations in compliance with local regulations, as well as negotiate in conjunction with Manufacturing and the Union Committee the development, application and continuous improvement of policies in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement. 6. Manage the T&A application, guaranteeing proper operation, train employees to provide the necessary knowledge and skills for its management, obtaining payroll incidents as a result. 7. Propose constant innovation within the processes, leading their implementation and execution, as well as ensuring collaboration and synergy between the areas involved and work teams within the different markets. 8. Communicate and ensure the correct transmission of knowledge about Benefits, Payroll and Social Security, through the Onboarding process for new hires, ensuring the self-management of the platforms involved Work Experience • Minimum experience of 3 years in payroll processes related to legal, labour and tax obligations applicable to both Mexico and Central America, as well as active participation in area and multifunctional projects. • Fluent English What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
