PMI’s shift from selling cigarettes to our new smoke-free products has changed the way we work. You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your ‘day to day’ Lead the customer logistics collaboration with Key Accounts. Help identify and assess new business opportunities with them as well as risks and provide analytically backed recommendations to increase sales, service and cost efficiency. Major accountabilities • Lead customer engagement and collaboration program with main key accounts looking for cost and service opportunities including revenue growth and lead time reduction. • Develop communication with customers where Supply Chain has no engagement yet, align service metrics and improve them while supporting sales growth and reduction of cost to serve. • Engage with regional and global teams in horizontal communities of expertise to: share and reapply good practices, ask for support in order to deliver better results, influence capability development to meet market needs. • Develop meaningful business insights to support Leadership in the effective allocation of resources. Who we’re looking for • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Sciences or similar. • Experience in leading customer collaboration, customer service or customer logistics teams. • Important to have had warehouse and transportation experience and/or Order Management. • Good understanding and connection of business needs with operations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical skills. • Fluency in English (Spanish as a nice to have) • Project management, Programme management, Portfolio management, Negotiation skills, Conflict resolution, decision making, People Management Fundamentals (nice to have) What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
