On the role of P&C Specialist - Data Governance you will assist Data Governance Manager in the implementation of Data Management processes in P&C domain with the necessary foundation and comply with Enterprise Data Governance framework, policies, and standards. Role of Specialist would be guiding key participants in the execution of operational Data Governance activities. JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • University degree in Technology, Science, Engineering or equivalent • A minimum 3 years of experience working with data • Familiarity with data architecture and information system design principles • Understanding of Data Governance and ownership principles and frameworks • Understanding process design and execution • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships in a diverse working environment • Fluency in written and spoken English WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education, and professional qualification support possibility • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Subsidized meals (Sodexo card) • Cafeteria Program • Hybrid work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Support Data Stewards in creating and leading core data as well as documenting rules and standards • Support and work in hand with Data Stewards to properly manage quality issues by being involved in the identification and resolution of data related issues or in facilitating the process of resolution • Identify, prioritize, and fix data related problems by collaborating with business users and IT department • Assuring compliance with Enterprise Data policies and standards • Responsible for ensuring that, day-to-day and project-by-project, Data Governance policies and initiatives are adhered to • Ensure ongoing support with data related matters by providing training sessions and addressing ad hoc requests. • Support change management activity providing communication content and training material input on Master Data Management and Data Governance • Guide users to identify the proper process and Data Owner / Data Steward for operational needs. • Act as the first point of contact to ensure that Master Data is properly understood, used, and shared Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
